![]() Concrete blocks have all kinds of different names. We provide bin blocks in San Diego, CA, regardless of the alternate names you may refer to them by. If you have any questions about either of these transportation methods, please give us a call! 83 In order to safely offload the blocks, your machinery must be able to carry weights from 4,700, 3,600, or 2,350lbs (depending on the type of block being delivered) and reach a height of up to 7’+ (because each block is at least 2’ in height and the trailer is usually 5’ as well) In addition to having enough space on site, you must also have the proper, adequate equipment. If you do not, we can discuss drop off of the blocks at another nearby location and use smaller equipment to relocate the blocks. For delivery, in order for the delivery semi to enter and exit the site, your drop off location must have a space of 47’-53’ available. The only thing we ask of you is to bring along a set of straps and/or chains so that we can securely anchor the blocks down to the trailer. We will do the harder part (loading the blocks onto the trailer) for you, so no need to worry about that. Someone from our team can help you set up a date and time to come to our facility and pick up your blocks. So, if you are selecting pick up, the first thing you will need to do is give us a call. We offer two different modes of transport: pick up or delivery. Now we will discuss the transportation methods available in order to receive your blocks. They require no special type rigging in order to move them. Note: both the v-wedge and lego blocks have a rebar handle loop installed into the concrete atop each block, used for moving or placing the blocks.
